Grants (Relief in Need)
JESUS HOSPITAL CHARITY GRANT GIVING
FOR ORGANISATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS
Jesus Hospital Charity are able to provide grants for individuals or organizations who reside or operate in the area of benefit.
The provision of grants is called Relief In Need, and the Charity is able to provide grants if there is a surplus in funds during the financial year.
To apply, please download the relevant application form and read the criteria very carefully. We usually undertake a visit to the applicant or applicants as part of the process, as well as check on the financial details.
A report is then completed by our staff and the application is then put before our Trustees who consider grant applications at their main meetings, which occur every 2 months.

RELIEF IN NEED THE
PROCESS FOR GRANT FUNDING
Trustees will consider grant applications from individuals and organisations from the area of benefit.
High Barnet, New Barnet, East Barnet, Friern Barnet.
If eligible the process is:
- Download or request an application form.
- Return with covering letter, set of accounts & budget forecast.
- Once application received we visit and prepare a report for the Trustees.
- Applications considered during Trustees meetings held six times a year.
What we do not give grants for:
- Paying Bills
- Arrears
- Salaries
